You cannot enter the festival – or any part of the festival – without an Event Pass per person and a Camping Pass or a Parking Pass per vehicle. You cannot come without an Event Pass and “just hang out with friends.” You cannot come and “just set up camp.”
Please note: Box Trucks are not allowed on the festival grounds.

General Admission
Each person entering the festival requires their own Event Pass such as Full Event, Three Day or Two Day. All ages, including children of any age, require a paid admission ticket.
In addition to each person having their own Event Pass, every vehicle entering the festival requires a Camping Pass or a Parking Pass such as Main Venue, West Woods, or Day Parking. Up to 5 people can ride in one vehicle and split the cost of camping or parking. RVs and other oversized vehicles require an RV Pass. Camping Passes are good for the whole weekend, so you need to buy only one camping pass for the weekend; you do not need to purchase a Camping Pass for each night.
VIP
Each person entering the festival requires their own VIP Pass, and that’s it! Specially priced Children VIP tickets are available for children ages 1-16. All adults ages 17 and older require a full priced VIP Pass.
Camping is included in the VIP ticket cost, so there is no need to purchase any additional camping passes with VIP if you are coming in a standard vehicle such as a car, truck or SUV.
RVS AND CAMPERS: Due to space limitations, we are no longer accepting reservations for patrons to bring RVs, campers and trailers into the VIP Campground. We have started a waiting list just in case any current reservations get cancelled, please call Pipeline Ticketing at (785) 749-3434, 10am-6pm CST, Monday-Friday for more information.

- The same people who operate all of Pipeline Ticketing are the same people who run the Box Office during the festival. Any and all last minute ticket issues need to be addressed at the Box Office directly. “Last minute” includes trying to contact Pipeline Ticketing via phone or email from Saturday May 25 through Sunday June 2, and “ticket issues” includes anything related to tickets, purchased tickets, and attempted ticket purchases to the Wakarusa Music and Camping Festival. While we at Pipeline Ticketing have every intention to answer the phones and email account during the festival, it is NOT guaranteed as we are busy running the Wakarusa Box Offices. All ticket sales are final! There are no refunds for “I tried to get a hold of you, but no one answered.” Come see us at the Box Office, we’re there to help you!
