General Ticketing Questions
- For "General Admission,"
Each person entering the festival requires their own Event Pass such
as Full Event, Three Day or Two Day. In addition to each person

a Camping or Parking Pass such as Main Venue, West Woods, etc.
Up to 5 people can ride in one vehicle and split the cost of camping.
Children 11 and younger are free with a paying adult; limit 2 children
per adult. Note: this policy does not apply to VIP Passes.
- For "VIP," Each person
entering the festival requires a VIP Full Event, VIP Three Day or VIP
Children's Pass. Camping is included in the VIP ticket
cost; there is no need to purchase any additional camping passes with
VIP. Children ages 1 through 16 require a Children's VIP
Pass while adults 17 and older require a VIP Full Event or VIP Three
Day Pass.
- "Festival" includes
the campgrounds, concert fields, day parking lot, and everything in
between.
-
To enter the festival with Standard Event Passes

1 Event Pass per person + 1 Camping Pass per vehicle = OK!
To enter the festival with VIP Event Passes

1 VIP Pass per person + free camping with VIP = OK!

- If you are confused, please contact Pipeline Ticketing at (785) 749-3434 or info@wakarusa.com

Don't forget! Each
person requires their own Event Pass to enter the festival, and each
vehicle requires a Camping Pass. Up to 5 people can ride in one
vehicle and split the cost of camping. "Festival" includes
the campgrounds, concert fields, day parking and everything in between.
- Gates
are open 24 hours at Wakarusa. You are allowed to exit and
re-enter the festival; be advised that you will have to go through the
security checkpoint each time. In the event of a safety concern,
Wakarusa reserves the right to restrict traffic to a defined period
during daylight hours.
- All times listed above are
Central Standard Time (CST). All times are subject to change without
notice.
- Single day tickets such
as "Friday Only" are not available for purchase. We cater
our ticket sales to those who come and camp the whole weekend
with us; hence music and camping festival. Mulberry Mountain
is a very rural and beautiful setting, and is best experienced by long
stays.
- Yes. Wakarusa is a family friendly
festival, and a designated Family Campground with a "lights out"
policy daily at 11 pm is available at Main Venue camping. To camp
in Family Camping, simply purchase a Main Venue Camping Pass, and follow
the signs to the Family Campground once you enter the Main Venue.
- Children ages 11 and younger are free with a paying adult; limit two
(2) children per adult. Children ages 12 and older require a paid
admission ticket. NOTE: this children policy does not apply to
VIP tickets. Please visit our tickets page (Click Here To Visit Our Ticketing Page) for VIP Children's prices.
VIP TICKETS
- VIP tickets are all inclusive
and come with: meals, beverage service, early arrival privileges, bathroom
and shower facilities, exclusive upfront viewing at the main stages,
VIP pavilion and lounge, super friendly VIP staff to assist you with
settling into the festival and free camping in the shaded VIP campground
(you do NOT need to purchase any additional camping passes with VIP).
Please visit our tickets page (Click Here To Visit Our Ticketing Page) for more information on VIP tickets.
- No. Children are NOT free in
VIP. Specially priced Children's VIP Passes are available for
ages 1-6 and 7-16. Adults ages 17 and older require a VIP Full
Event Pass or VIP Three Day Pass. Please visit our tickets page (Click Here To Visit Our Ticketing Page) for VIP Children's prices.
- Yes. Get your VIP
tickets early as they tend to sell out months in advance.
- No. The VIP campground
is a "gated community" in order to protect the many perks of the
VIP Program: shaded camping, meals, beverage service, bathroom facilities,
and VIP lounge. ONLY VIP Pass holders can enter the VIP campground.
VIP Pass holders are more than welcome to camp with their friends in
primitive, non-VIP camping.
- No. VIP includes
free early arrival privileges and primitive camping in the VIP Campground.
While you are allowed to bring RVs into the VIP campground, there are
no water/electric hookups in VIP. Please review our Reserved Campsites
for these amenities. Since the VIP campground is wooded, RV Reservations
are required. Contact Pipeline Ticketing to reserve a space for
your RV in the VIP campground at (785)749-3434, 11am-4pm CST, Monday
through Friday. Note: only VIP pass holders can enter the VIP
campground.
RVs
- The following vehicles are
classified as an "RV"
- Any RV or vehicle towing
an RV
- Any DOT Class B vehicle
- Any vehicle over 25 foot
in length (must include any hitched trailers or campers in total vehicle
length)
- Any vehicle towing a camper,
trailer, or RV of any size. If you're hitching anything,
it's an "RV."
- All "RVs" require an
RV Unreserved Camping Pass or Reserved Campsite pass. Please visit
our tickets page for more information (Click Here To Visit Our Ticketing Page) in particular the "RV Camping Passes."
- Yes. All vehicles
considered an "RV" (see above question) require an RV Unreserved
Camping Pass or Reserved Campsite.
- All vehicles with an RV
Unreserved Pass are required to park in the designated RV Unreserved
Campground. Any vehicle that requires an RV Unreserved Pass but
arrives on site with Main Venue, West Woods, Riverside or Accessible
will be turned around.
- RV Unreserved does NOT
include any water or electric hookups. Small or silent generators
are allowed at all RV Unreserved campgrounds. "RV Unreserved
@ Main Venue" and "RV Unreserved @ Accessible" can access the
free water/dump station located on the Main Festival Venue. There
are no water/dump stations for "RV Unreserved @ Riverside."
Please review our Reserved Campsites option for campsites with water
and electric hookups. Visit our tickets page for more information (Click Here To Visit Our Ticketing Page) underneath "RV Camping Passes."
